Hi there! If we haven’t had the chance to meet, my name is Tali. I’m a copywriter here at Avion Communications and I also steer the Shuttle Rocket ship!
Highlights and key projects
I’ve been lucky enough to experience quite a few highlights in my two years working at Avion. Two in particular include working with the Melbourne School of Engineering on its Current Students website, and presenting at Academy Xi on online copywriting best practices (in fact, I’m hosting a Writing for the Web Masterclass on January 31st – if you’re interested, make sure you sign up!).
I’ve also done a heap of work for small businesses thanks to Shuttle Rocket (our little sister business), from blogs about health and wellbeing, to websites in the construction industry and medical and legal practices, to name a few!
Best thing I’ve learnt while at Avion
Thanks to the wonderful team here, I’ve been supported to think more strategically about projects. I’m also fascinated by usability and accessibility, so I try to keep readers of all abilities in mind when writing.
Fun facts about me
- I’m not one for TV shows or series – I’d rather be outside riding my bike or walking the dog.
- I speak basic Russian with my parents.
- I love attending poetry events.
Till next time!
